Summary	Add support for new babel-german language options

Description

Version 2.99 of babel-german has introduced new options for choosing the language to load.

For contemporary (post-1996) spellings:

german-de, german-germany
german-at, german-austria
german-ch, german-switzerland

For pre-1996 spellings:

german-de-1901, german-germany-1901
german-at-1901, german-austria-1901
german-ch-1901, german-switzerland-1901

It would be great if tracklang could support these, as using the old language options (e.g. german/ngerman) has been discouraged (though they remain being supported for compatibility reasons).

(Please note that babel-german implements compatibility measures, such as inserting the respective legacy options to the class options list if new options are used. However, these compatibility measures fall short when passing those options directly to tracklang, or a tracklang-using package like datetime2.)
