Summary Group headings incorrect with new tree* style

Description

There are two problems with the group and sub-group headings with the new tree* style introduced to glossary-tree v4.59: the internal group header function has the wrong argument specs so the first group heading just shows the group label. Also the sub-group titles have duplicate content (the title is already in its hierarchical form).

These issues will be fixed in v4.6.
