Description
I know there is disagreement about whether midnight and noon are AM or PM, respectively.However, it seems inconsistent that the attached MWE interprets both
\DTMdisplaytime{12}{30}{0}
and
\DTMdisplaytime{0}{30}{0}
as AM. Interestingly,
\DTMdisplaytime{24}{30}{0}
is interpreted as PM.
