Sorry, no unsolicited manuscripts. If you want to report a bug, please use the bug report form. If you want to request a new feature, please use the feature request form. If you have a LaTeX query, please post to an appropriate newsgroup or forum, such as the LaTeX Community or TeX on StackExchange. (They're free to use, which makes it considerably cheaper than hiring a consultant ;-) but before you try cross-posting make sure you read Stefan Kottwitz's Gimme Pizza! article.) I regularly check both TeX on StackExchange and the LaTeX Community Forum. I also drop into the TeX, LaTeX and Friends chat room on TeX.SX from time to time. They're a friendly bunch there and happy to give (La)TeX advice.
